What we process and why
You can browse the website without giving any personal data.
Enquiries and viewings
The enquiry form collects the following data:
- your name
- company name
- email address
- telephone number
- the area you need and the unit you selected
- your planned move-in date
- headcount
- whether you would like a viewing
- whether you want to hear about new space
- the nature of your interest (tenant, adviser, other)
- your message
- the time and language of submission
We use these data to prepare an offer, arrange a viewing and answer your enquiry.
Company name, telephone number, headcount and message are optional.
Technical logs
The hosting provider keeps a short-lived technical log of requests. The log holds the IP address, the time and browser details. We use it to keep the service secure and to fix faults.
Form protection
A hidden field and a timing check protect the form against automated submissions. This protection stores no personal data.
Legal basis
Enquiry data are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. These are steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Keeping a record of enquiries and securing the service rest on Article 6(1)(f), legitimate interest. Our legitimate interest is letting the available space and handling enquiries in an orderly way.
Before sending the form you confirm that you have read this notice. That is not consent: the legal bases are points (b) and (f) above.
Google Maps loads only at your request and with your consent.
Recipients and processors
Enquiries are received and answered by the leasing agent.
- Cushman & Wakefield Nemzetközi Ingatlantanácsadó Kft.
- Leasing agent. It receives your enquiry. During the letting process it may also process your data under its own privacy rules.
- Vercel Inc.
- Hosting provider and processor. Data are processed in the European Union and the United States. Transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Resend Inc.
- Delivers the enquiry notification emails as a processor (United States). Transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Enquiry data are kept for 12 months after the enquiry is closed.
If you ask to be told about new space, that request is stored with your enquiry for the same period; an adviser contacts you by phone or email.
If a lease is signed, the data become part of the contract file. The retention rules for the contract then apply.
Technical logs are kept by the hosting provider for a few days at most.
The map setting stays in your browser until you remove it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights:
- access: to learn which data we hold about you;
- rectification: to have inaccurate data corrected;
- erasure: to have your data deleted;
- restriction: to limit how your data are used;
- objection: to object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- portability: to receive your data in a machine-readable form;
- withdrawal of consent at any time.
You can send your request by post to the controller at UNIQA-Invest Ingatlanfejlesztő Kft., 1134 Budapest, Róbert Károly krt. 70–74.
We answer within one month at the latest.
Complaints and remedies
If you believe our processing infringes your rights, you may complain to the supervisory authority.
